On February 1, WWE presents one of its biggest events of the year, the Royal Rumble, and Ladbrokes looks at the latest odds.

This year is set to be a big one for WWE. 2025 kicked off off with Raw's debut on Netflix next week, with the officially seeing John Cena's retirement tour begin.

Speaking of Cena, and the latest odds from Ladbrokes no longer has the WWE legend as the favourite to win this year's Royal Rumble match.

CM Punk has now overtaken Cena in the betting to become the new favourite to win the men’s Royal Rumble match, according to Ladbrokes.

Hollywood star Cena was long the even-money favourite to win the battle royal for the third time as part of his final run before retiring from in-ring competition at the end of 2025. However, ahead of Saturday’s contest, Punk has emerged as the 6/4 favourite.

Cena is now the 5/2 joint-second-favourite alongside Roman Reigns. Of note, Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson is 25/1 – the same odds he has of winning the 2028 U.S. Presidential Election.

Cal Gildart of Ladbrokes said: “It felt like a foregone conclusion that John Cena would win a record-equalling third Rumble match en route to a record 17^th world title win at WrestleMania. But the odds now suggest that his eternal enemy, CM Punk, is set to roll back the years to get the better of him.”

Below are the eight favourites to win the men's Royal Rumble match in 2025, all with odds shorter than 20/1.

Punk may be the favourite to win the men's Royal Rumble, but it's Charlotte Flair who is being tipped as the front-runner to win on the women's side of things.

Also in the running are IYO SKY and Becky Lynch, with the latter not actually being active member of the WWE roster right now.

Below are the seven favourites to win the women's WWE Royal Rumble match in 2025, all of whom have odds of shorter than 20/1.
