David Moyes in trouble after crashing out of the Carling Cup

The loss to Brentford last night has heaped the pressure on Moyes, and Everton face away trips to Fulham, Birmingham before a home game with arch rivals Liverpool.
With Birmingham undefeated at home since September 2009, it turns the Fulham game into a must-win for the Toffees – they are 9/5 to win at Fulham.
An away trip to Tottenham Hotspur after the Liverpool game could potentially see Everton on two points after nine games.
But a loss to Liverpool would see the dismissal of David Moyes loom ominously – he is currently 16/1 to be the next Premier League manager to leave.
Everton are a huge price at 25/1 in the Premier League relegation betting market but poor results in their next four games would see that price drop dramatically.
In the 2007/08 season when Derby finished bottom of the Premier League with just eleven points, they had only managed to take one point from their first nine games.
