Home wins would see all teams on three points in Group B

Germany could prove to be the scourge of Spanish fans come Friday morning as Bayer Leverkusen and Borussia Dortmund hope to compound Europa League misery for Atletico Madrid and Sevilla.

Both teams lost their opening games and need wins if they are to justify their price in the Europa League betting market – Atletico are 12/1 and Sevilla 14/1 to win the Europa League.

Atletico face a tough tie against Leverkusen but will be buoyed by their strong start in La Liga and are 10/11 to beat the German outfit.

Leverkusen sit fifth in the Bundesliga and have no problems in finding the net, proven in their 4-0 defeat of Rosenborg and 4-1 win over Stuttgart on Saturday – they are 3/1 to win.

But Leverkusen have leaked goals this season and that isn’t a positive sign when Diego Forlan and Sergio Aguero line up for the opposition, Forlan is 7/2 to score first whilst Aguero is 9/2.

Elsewhere in Group B, Rosenborg are at home to Aris and whilst the Greek side’s home form is incredible, in Norway they may find Rosenborg too strong and Rosenborg are 10/11 to win.

Home wins for Atletico and Rosenborg would leave all four teams on three points and Leverkusen are 5/4 favourites to finish top of the group.

Sevilla face Borussia Dortmund who are in incredible scoring form with 15 goals in their last four matches and are 1/1 to beat Sevilla at home.

The Spanish side are yet to get going in La Liga this season and are best opposed at 14/5.

Paris Saint-Germain are 2/5 to beat FC Karpaty Lviv but the Ukrainian team know how to score goals and at 15/2 they are a huge price to cause an upset.

Borussia Dortmund and PSG share favouritism at 6/4 to top Group J. See the full Europa League football betting odds market here.
