Everton to produce late show to pass West Brom test

The Baggies, who have the fifth best away record in the Premier League, are 7/2 to win at Goodison Park as they did last season, but the inconsistent nature of their results makes it difficult to get behind that outcome with any real confidence.
Much like their seasons have often been under David Moyes, Everton have been somewhat slow starters in terms of their 90 minute performances this term too, and the best bet in this match could be the draw at half-time, with the home side triumphing at full-time at 7/2.
Everton have gone into more than a third of their home matches level at the break during their Premier League campaign, whilst West Brom have entered half-time on terms in almost half of their games on the road.
The Toffees have recorded more than double their amount of first half goals in the second half of matches this season as well, and with them often solid in the early going at home, it could pay dividends to back there to be more goals in the match after the break at 1/1.
You can get 2/1 about Everton scoring their first goal of the game in the second half too and that also deserves some attention.
Although the away side have proved dangerous on their travels this season, they will be meeting an Everton side that has recorded wins in each of their past two outings, and that has suffered defeat just twice in their last ten Premier League outings.
With this in mind, and with the home side eager to further improve on their current ninth-place standing, Moyes’ slow starters look the best bet to win the game after drawing at half-time at 7/2.
