City, Hull and Fulham wins make up Premier League acca

| 03.05.2014

The Premier League is bracing itself for one of the closest finishes ever over the coming weeks and Manchester City, Fulham and Hull can do their bit to ensure it goes down to the wire with wins this weekend.

City travel to Everton knowing victory will keep them on track for the title, while Hull and Fulham visit Aston Villa and Stoke respectively looking to move a step closer to survival.

At tempting odds of over 16/1 this away day treble could return a tasty £179.20 from a stake of just £10.

And, with Ladbrokes’ One Out? Our Shout! offer returning losing stakes when one team lets down a fivefold+ accumulator, why not keep the away day theme going with wins for Tottenham (10/11) and Southampton (15/8).

Manchester City to beat Everton @ 3/4

City go into this tie as odds-on favourites and after losing just one of their last 12 away games the pricing is somewhat justified.

However, with Everton still vying for a Champions League berth, winning eight of their last nine at home and taking six of the last 10 meetings with the Citizens, Manuel Pellegrini’s side will have their work cut out.

That said, City will know that victory at Goodison Park will keep them on track to reclaim the Premier League title and that motivation should be enough to see them put the Toffees to the sword.

Hull to beat Aston Villa @ 11/5

Neither team is safe yet and both are in patchy form but it is the Villa fans who will be most concerned with just three wins from 12 home games and only three points separating them from the drop zone.

Hull’s dodgy away form of three wins from 15 ties has looked decidedly better in recent weeks, with the Tigers unbeaten in three of their last five on the road.

With an FA Cup final to look forward to and the chance to prolong their Premier League stay with a win Hull the look the more likely option against a Villans side on a six-game winless streak.

Fulham to beat Stoke @ 11/5

Fulham looked to have taken a huge step toward safety when going 2-0 up against Hull last week only to be pegged back for a share of the spoils.

The Cottagers can take confidence from that display though and will fancy their chances against a Stoke side with nothing tangible to play for.

A loss would all but relegate Felix Magath’s side so motivation will not be an issue and with the west Londoners winning five of the last seven meetings – including a 1-0 victory earlier this season – their survival fight looks set to go to the final day.
