Take on the Professor: Champions will be crowned on Super Sunday

Published:

It takes a bold tipster to put their reputation on the line and predict the outcome of a cup final. But someone’s got to do it and The Professor isn’t about to shy away from his shot at another prize.

Following last week’s victory for our stats maniac there’s a rollover £50 Free Bet on the table ahead of a huge weekend of football that includes the Capital One Cup final between Chelsea and Tottenham.

And it’s @Scotty_McTweety who’s the latest challenger attempting to get one over a man who recites ‘average pass lengths’ in his sleep.

As usual, the format is simple. One point will be awarded for a correct result with three points for guessing the correct score.

Here’s how it’s going down this weekend…

– It looks like more bad news for Man City fans. Following their Champions League defeat to Barcelona in midweek, the Sky Blues have to try and win at Anfield for the first time since 2003. Eight of their last 10 meetings have featured over 2.5 goals so a Liverpool win in an entertaining contest looks assured.

– West Ham have drawn their last three at home in the Premier League and face a Palace side who’ve drawn six of their 13 away games so far. With both teams struggling for consistency banking on a draw looks the way to go.
