Don’t expect stalemate repeat between Liverpool and Arsenal

Liverpool versus Arsenal is usually one of the Premier League highlights of the season and the latest contest tonight at Anfield has all the ingredients to be another corker.
The table-topping Gunners can go five points clear if they see off Jurgen Klopp’s side and Leicester and Man City both lose.
The Merseysiders meanwhile have lost just one of their last five games in league and cup, but are enduring a hectic and demanding run of eight fixtures in January.
Arsene Wenger’s men are 6/4 favourites to claim three points, something which they have achieved three times in their last six visits to Liverpool’s famous ground.
Liverpool are slight outsiders at 7/4, while a draw between the sides – as occurred back in August – is 23/10.

Klopp’s side have won three of their last five games, but were held to a 2-2 draw by Exeter on Friday night and have suffered a host of injuries in recent weeks.
