Fans split over whether Zlatan should go to Arsenal or Man United

Football fans are split on where they think Zlatan Ibrahimovic should head for his next football adventure but Arsenal and Manchester United lead the way.

After the nomadic Swede hinted at finishing his career in the Premier League we asked the Ladbrokes Twitter following to tell us where they think he should go and with 33 per cent of the votes each the Gunners and the Red Devils were the favourite options.

Chelsea and Manchester City are also possible destinations for the PSG great, who has won titles with Inter Milan, AC Milan, Barcelona and Ajax, but with 18 per cent and 16 per cent of the votes respectively it’s clear fans expect to see him turn up elsewhere.

United are the favourites to land the Swede at 2/1 while it’s 5/2 he remains at the Parc des Princes next season.

Arsenal and Chelsea complete the top four in the betting at 6/1 apiece, while it’s 8/1 he heads to Anfield, 14/1 he turns up at White Hart Lane and 20/1 he joins Pep Guardiola at the Etihad.

Much will depend on which clubs make the Champions League next season, however. While a reunion with Mourinho at Old Trafford would set tongues wagging the man who famously refused to do an “audition” at Arsenal is unlikely to bow out of the game away from the highest stage.
