Two plucky punters clean-up and net a combined £11k windfall

| 19.10.2016

Yesterday evening’s action offered up a treasure trove for football punters so it’s perhaps no surprise that we were subject to another hefty round of #BookieBashing.

Yep, not one but TWO plucky punters took us to the cleaners. The tale of their combined £11k winnings is just the latest in our series of success stories.

The Champions League and England’s domestic fixture list proved a happy hunting ground for both of our betting heroes with our first winner netting an impressive £7,387 from a £10 12-fold.

While some of the selections in question ensured a relatively nerve-less night, this Acca wasn’t without its twists and turns.

Leicester had the outstretched hand of goalkeeper Kasper Schmeichel to thank as they edged past FC Copenhagen.

Meanwhile, Juventus may have sealed victory in Lyon but the 10-man visitors looked on shaky ground following the dismissal of Mario Lemina.

Oh, and then there’s small matter of an injury-time André Silva penalty to snatch all three points for Porto at Club Brugge.

Bookie Bashing Big Win - 161019

And so we move on to our second big win of the night with this bet the result of one of the best English pounds ever spent.

More specifically, it was a £1 12-fold returning £3,862.13!

There were some similarities between this and the earlier effort, albeit with the notable inclusion of a draw between Bayer Leverkusen andTottenham.

How that game ended in a stalemate remains a mystery but the fact remains that it turned out to be an inspired selection.

Picking out draws between CSKA Moscow and Monaco, as well as in Derby v Brentford was also pretty impressive.

Here’s how it went down…
