Odds say Tottenham lead Man City in Ross Barkley chase

Tottenham are favourites to sign Everton midfielder Ross Barkley, according to the latest prices.
The England international has enjoyed a fine campaign for the Toffees, scoring four Premier League goals in addition to eight assists.
The latest of those supplies being a sumptuous cross for Romelu Lukaku in Sunday’s 4-2 win over Leicester City.
Barkley has thrived since Ronald Koeman succeeded Roberto Martinez in the Goodison Park dugout, but his current contract expires next summer.
And with team-mate Lukaku having refused to sign a new deal earlier this year, it seems Everton could lose both of their prized assets.

If they don’t, then they risk losing Barkley for nothing in a little over 12 months’ time.
