Goodison Park really isn’t handing much joy to visiting teams these days. Everton’s 3-1 win over Burnley at the weekend made it eight home wins on the spin for the Toffees.
In that spell they’ve kept five clean sheets, conceded just six goals – three of those in that 6-3 thriller over Bournemouth – and fired in a whopping 29 strikes themselves.
It should make their next home game an absolute thriller, especially given that the next visitors are none other than league leaders Chelsea in a fortnight’s time.
