Dortmund ace Aubameyang odds-on for Arsenal move this month

It’s been a gloomy few weeks for Arsenal fans. But good news could be just around the corner, with the Gunners seemingly set to sign Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang.
With Alexis Sanchez on course to join Manchester United, Arsene Wenger has ramped up his pursuit of the Gabon ace. And Aubameyang is now just 4/6 to join the North London club this month.
The 28-year-old has racked up an impressive 21 goals in 23 games for current club Borussia Dortmund this term. And with a wealth of international and European experience, he could be a stellar acquisition for the Gunners.
However, he’s not the only man at short odds to join Arsenal.
Man United midfielder Henrikh Mkhitaryan has struggled for gametime under Jose Mourinho, and is Evens to leave Old Trafford for the Emirates Stadium before the window closes.
And if Sanchez’s much-touted move to United – currently 1/3 – is confirmed, those odds could soon be cut again.
Alex Apati of Ladbrokes said: “Arsenal’s woes in the league and the transfer market continue with Sanchez set for the exit door.”
“But we’ve seen a massive move in the market this morning for a blockbuster winter arrival at Arsenal in the shape of Aubameyang.”
