Queen joint-favs for Christmas number one alongside Ed Sheeran

The Christmas number one odds have had a serious shake-up, with legendary rockers Queen now joint-favourites to grab top spot in the charts.

Following the success of new band biopic Bohemian Rhapsody, bets have been piling in for Queen to be 2018’s Christmas chart-toppers. That’s seen them cut to 5/1, putting them alongside Ed Sheeran.

Next up is X-Factor alumni Shan Ako at 8/1, with ABBA and Misunderstood each available at 10/1.

After England’s impressive World Cup display, it’s 16/1 that footy anthem Three Lions is top at Christmas.

That’s one of three inclusions at 16s, with Michael Buble and Gemma Collins both at the same price. That makes Gemma far shorter odds for chart glory than she is to win this year’s Dancing on Ice (40/1).
