Wark this Way: Kirsty now 2/1 fav for Radio 4 Today

| 06.02.2019

After John Humphrys announced he’d be stepping down from his role as co-host of Radio 4 Today, Kirsty Wark has been made favourite by our traders to take the reins.

A whole host of top names are linked with filling Humphrys shoes as co-host of the station’s flagship show, but Wark is 2/1 to join the panel of presenters, with Emily Maitlis a 4/1 shot.

Jessica Bridge of Ladbrokes said: “Humphrys’ shoes are big ones to fill, but there’s a plethora of talent at the top of the betting ready to join the prestigious show. The early betting suggests it’s Wark who will get the gig.”
