Diego Costa harshly treated by FA, according to poll
Published:Diego Costa has been harshly treated by the FA, who handed the Chelsea striker a three-match ban for violent conduct against Arsenal.
That is according to the latest Ladbrokes News poll, which asked readers to vote on whether the Brazilian-born Spain international should have received a lesser punishment.
Costa came to blows with Laurent Koscielny at Stamford Bridge, first pushing his hands into the Frenchman’s face before knocking him to the ground.
The incident was missed by referee Mike Dean, leaving the FA free to charge the striker and subsequently rule him out of games against Walsall, Newcastle and Southampton.
Many feel the Blues man got what he deserved but with 63 per cent of our readers saying the punishment isn’t fair it seems the surly forward has more support than first thought.
3 games for that. At worse it was two yellows = 1 game. Violent? No way..

We wonder which way Eva Carniero voted!
