Crawley 10/1 to progress in FA Cup after Man Utd draw

Crawley are 10/1 to qualify for the quarter finals of the FA Cup after sealing their dream draw against Manchester United in the fifth round.

The Conference leaders are the first non-league team to reach this stage of the competition in 17 years and are 16/1 to win at Old Trafford and claim arguably the biggest shock in FA Cup history.

Unsurprisingly the draw has had a positive impact on Manchester United’s betting odds to win the FA Cup, with the current Premier League leaders now the 5/2 favourites.

Meanwhile, Sir Alex Ferguson’s team are 1/12 to win at Old Trafford and 1/40 to knock Crawley out of the tournament.

Fellow top-flight high flyers Arsenal were the other big winners in the draw as they continue their quest to win four trophies this season with a short trip across London to League One side Leyton Orient.

Orient have already been responsible for dumping out Championship promotion contenders Norwich and Swansea in this season’s competition and will now be licking their lips at the prospect of facing Premier League opposition for the first time.

Arsenal may have just stumbled past Huddersfield but are still 5/2 to win the FA Cup.

Elsewhere in the draw, Notts County will head to Eastlands for a replay with Manchester City and another Premier League club in Aston Villa will play away to the winners.

Stoke and Birmingham will both expect to qualify after sealing home ties with respective League One clubs Brighton and Sheffield Wednesday, while West Ham host Burnley.

Meanwhile, Fulham feature in an all-Premier League clash with the winners of the replay between Bolton and Wigan and either Everton or Chelsea will entertain Reading.

A £25 stake on Stoke winning the FA Cup would return £500. New customers can sign up here for a free £25 bet.
