I have an easy day Cork with just the two rides, but both have good chances. Paggane had one run for us in November where she was a bit disappointing at Navan. A lot of ours were taking the run at the time so hopefully she will have come on for that. She was a winner in her native France before she came to us and this looks like a good opportunity for her. She has the benefit of a run and the experience over hurdles will stand to her. We will be disappointed if she can’t go close.
Largy Hill ran at Navan in November over two-and-a-half-miles and steps up to three miles here. He ran well that day, coming second to Stellar Story. That form has been franked a few times since so I would imagine my horse can step forward from that performance. He had some nice bumper form last year. If he can reproduce his run from the last day, it should be good enough. I think he is my best ride of the two on Saturday.
