Vinndication is the new 6/1 Ladbrokes Trophy favourite

The wait is almost over as the Ladbrokes Winter Carnival begins on Friday, with all eyes are on Saturday’s Ladbrokes Trophy at Newbury.
Vinndication (6/1) has enjoyed an encouraging start and is now favourite with our traders to pip Ultima Handicap winner The Conditional (7/1) to glory.
It looks like it could be one of the most competitive races of the year with Kildisart, second to The Conditional at Cheltenham, chalked up at 8/1. Squeezed in between them is the 7/1 Aye Right – who finished second and third in recent runs at Kelso and Wetherby.
Ladbrokes spokesman Jon Lees said: “Kim Bailey took his time before committing Vinndication to the Ladbrokes Trophy and now he has the market has reacted, even the yard’s second string Two For Gold is a 10/1 chance. Punters like a hot stable and Bailey and jockey David Bass are very much the team to follow right now.”
We’re set for a cracking weekend at Newbury and this 3m 2f Handicap looks one not to be missed.
