It’s National Football League finals weekend and Ladbrokes ambassador Marc Ó Sé runs the rule over all four matches on Saturday and Sunday which take place at Croke Park.

Division 4 Final: Sligo v Wicklow (Sat, 17.00)

This game is being dubbed the Crossmaglen Final. Having two decorated Crossmaglen leaders in charge here in the form of Tony McEntee and Oisin McConville adds huge spice to the game. Wicklow will be disappointed to have gone down to Division Four last year and will be delighted that they have bounced back so quickly.

Sligo on the other hand could see this as the start of a big year and could well find themselves in the Connacht final with the way the draw has gone. They have already won their last six consecutive games so momentum is certainly on their side and I think they will see this through at 2/5.

Division 3 Final: Cavan v Fermanagh (Sat, 19.15)

Last Sunday was a must win game for Fermanagh. Cavan didn’t have that problem as they knew they were in the final already so it’s hard to read into last week’s game. Sean Quigley and Ultan Kelm are key players for Fermanagh, having racked up huge scores this year already.

They will need to show more of the same on Saturday. Cavan have been here before and have the experience of winning some big games recently. I think with the quality players they possess they might have enough to beat Fermanagh, but a draw at 8/1 represents the value.

Division 2 Final: Dublin v Derry (Sun, 13.45)

This clash has all the ingredients from some great battles. They have already served us up with a very entertaining National League game, with Derry just pipping the Dubs in the end. All the talk is of Stephen Cluxton and it will be very interesting if he gets game time.

I am also intrigued to see if Derry will show their full hand in terms of set up at Croker. It will be close but Dublin are only getting going and I think they will beat Derry at 8/13.

Division 1 Final: Galway v Mayo (Sun, 16.00)

I think Mayo boast a bit more form than Galway so far this year and possess the strength in depth that you need to succeed. However it’s going to be interesting to see how focused they will be on this game considering they will be playing Roscommon in the Championship a week later. In contrast, Padraic Joyce’s team have a three week break to Championship so I expect them to come out on top at 10/11, while Galway’s Shane Walsh looks a shout for the first goal at 6/1.
