By participating in this Promotion, you will have to agree to these Promotional Terms and Conditions. It is important that you read them carefully as they explain how this promotion works, including relevant restrictions. 

These Promotional Terms & Conditions apply to This is Anfield: Play On the Pitch Prize Draw Promotion (the “Promotion”). They should be read alongside our General Website Terms & Conditions. These terms can be accessed here.  

PROMOTIONAL PERIOD    

1. This Promotion is available to Eligible Players (defined below) from 12:00 on 07/03/25 to 23:59 on 27/04/25 (the “Promotional Period”).   

WHO QUALIFIES FOR THIS SPORTS PROMOTION  

2. This Promotion is available to real money customers of www.ladbrokes.com (the “Website”) who: 

1. are over 25 years old; 
2. have a verified Website account; 
3. have opted-in;
4. are UK and ROI residents; and
5. are eligible to receive Website promotions.

3. Deposits made via Neteller, PayPal, Paysafe, Skrill, or via any pre-payment card and certain debit cards will NOT qualify for this Promotion.

4. An Eligible Player cannot enter this Promotion if they are accessing the Website from a restricted country. A list of countries from which an Eligible Player may access their Website account can be found HERE..

5. Employees of the Promoter, any advertising agency or web company connected with the promoter or any such person's agents or members of their families or households, are not eligible to participate in this Promotion. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all participants.

HOW TO PARTICIPATE IN THIS SPORTS PROMOTION    

6. To participate in this Promotion an Eligible Player must opt-in and place a real money bet of £/€5 or more with minimum odds of 1/4 or greater on any pre match or in-play Football market from 12:00 on 07/03/25 to 23:59 on 27/04/25 (a “Qualifying Bet”). 

7. Eligible Players who have placed a Qualifying Bet during the Promotional Period will receive one (1) Prize Draw entry.

8. A maximum of 5 Prize Draw entries per Eligible Player per Promotional Period.  

PRIZE DRAW SPECIFIC CONDITIONS    

9. The Prize Draw will take place on 28/04/25 by 12:00. The winners will be chosen at random by an online random number generator.

10. The first 16 winners will win the Top Prize, the next 200 winners will win the Second Prize, and the next 800 winners selected will win the Third Prize. 

11. The three Prizes are as follows: 

1. Top Prize: a one-night (1) stay in a Liverpool hotel for two (2) people on 17/05/25 with a meet and greet including food and drink, and one (1) place on either the Ladbrokes Red or Ladbrokes White teams to play at Anfield on 18/05/25 with a Ladbrokes kit and merchandise gift bag.
2. Second Prize: A £/€5 Free Bet valid for 5 days on any Sports. 
3. Third Prize: 500 LadBucks.

12. The Promoter will contact the Top Prize winners via phone or email within 48 hours following the end of the Prize Draw (the “Winning Notification”), where they will be informed of their win and be provided with information about the Event.

13. Eligible Players who win the Second or Third Prize will be contacted via Inbox in the Eligible Players Website account within 48 hours following the end of the Prize Draw.

14. By participating to this Promotion, Eligible Players agree to be contacted via email and/or phone call. 

15. The Promoter will make all reasonable efforts to contact the Top Prize winner on the week commencing 28/04/25 by the Ladbrokes team. The winner will have 7 days once contacted by the Ladbrokes Team to accept their place at the Event. If the winner cannot be contacted or is not available or has not claimed their Prize within 7 days from when the winner is first contacted, the Promoter reserves the right to select a new entrant from all Eligible Players who have entered the Prize Draw.

16. The Promoter does not accept any responsibility if a winner is not able to take up the Prize.

17. It is the responsibility of all Eligible Players to make sure their email address and contact telephone numbers are correct on their Wesbite account.

18. Prizes are non-transferable. 

19. Prizes cannot be redeemed for cash at any time. 

TOP PRIZE SPECIFIC TERMS

20. The Top Prize includes a one-night (1) stay in a Liverpool hotel for two (2) people on 17/05/25 and one (1) place on either the Ladbrokes Red or Ladbrokes White teams to play at Anfield on 18/05/25 which will be managed by and play alongside a Liverpool FC Legend (the “Event”).

21. The transfer from the designated Liverpool hotel to Anfield Stadium and back to the designated hotel is also included, along with a Ladbrokes kit and merchandise gift bag.

22. Any information regarding the hotel reservation will be sent to the winner’s registered email address no later than 48 hours before the Event.  

23. On 17/05/25 there will be a meet and greet with your team and a Liverpool FC Legend with food and drinks provided at a location to be confirmed. The location will be confirmed during the Winning Notification.

24. The winner must register for the meet and greet on 17/05/25 via the check-in desk at the location point.

25. A reimbursement of up to a total of £200 will be provided to the winner for travel expenses only i.e. train tickets/bus tickets/plane tickets/petrol money to and from Liverpool on the dates of the Event.

26. Travel details, receipts, and bank details must be shared with the Ladbrokes Team prior to the Event in order to be reimbursed (before 17/05/25) (mileage must be shared for petrol money). The costs will be reimbursed during the week commencing 19/05/25, this can take up to 5 working days for the bank transfer.

27. Any other costs incurred in addition to those set out above and that are incidental to the fulfilment of the Prize are the responsibility of the winner.

28. The winner of the prize must be 25+ and will be asked to provide proof of age, as well as kit size and ability level in order for the teams to be arranged.

29. The winner’s guest must be 18+ years of age. They will only accompany the winner on the trip and can be a spectator for the match, they will not be part of the team who play at Anfield.

30. The winner will be asked to sign a media waiver and disclaimer as the event will be recorded for promotional purposes.

31. The Prize is subject to availability. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute or change the prize for a reasonable alternative of equal value. There is no cash alternative for the Prize, in whole or in part, and the Prize is not negotiable or transferable.

32. The Promoter reserves the right to withhold the Prize unless proof of age and/or identity has been confirmed, and if such proof is not provided, to disqualify the winner. In this instance, another winner will be selected.

33. The winner’s first name and county may be announced on Ladbrokes social channels within 24 hours of the Promotion ending. Should a winner not want to have their first name and/or county published, the winner should notify the Promoter as soon as possible at dataprotection@entaingroup.com.

34. Any personal information provided by the participant shall be treated in accordance with Ladbrokes Privacy Notice and data protection legislation.

SECOND PRIZE FREE BET SPECIFC TERMS

35. The Free Bet will be a total of £/€5 and will be credited within 48 hours after the Prize Draw has ended. The winner will receive an inbox within their Wesbite account to confirm the Prize.

37. The Free Bet must be used on any Sports market

38. The Free Bet will expire within 5 days of being credited.

39. The Free Bet cannot be redeemed for cash at any time. 

40. Please note that the value of your Free Bet will not be included in any winnings. 

41. The Free Bet is not returned if your Free Bet wager becomes void. 

42. The Free Bet is not eligible for cashout. 

43. The same Maximum Pay Out restrictions set out in our General Website Terms & Conditions will equally apply to this Sports Promotion.

THIRD PRIZE LADBUCKS SPECIFIC CONDITIONS 

1. A LadBuck is a token of no monetary value.

44. The 500 LadBucks will be credited to the winner’s website account within 48 hours after the Prize Draw has ended.The winner will receive an inbox within their Website account to confirm the Prize.

46. LadBucks credited during any calendar month within the Promotional Period will expire on the 15th day of the following month (eg, LadBucks collected during the month June will expire on 15th July (23:59), LadBucks collected during the month of July will expire on 15th August (23:59), etc.). Any unused LadBucks will be forfeited after the 15th day of the month following their collection.

 OTHER IMPORTANT TERMS    

48. Promoter: LC International Limited registered in Gibraltar under the number 46808 and having its registered office at Suite 6, Atlantic Suites, Europort Avenue, Gibraltar.

49. The Promoter may place restrictions on an Eligible Player’s website account in order to comply with its legal and regulatory obligations, this could include deposit restrictions and restrictions on the bonus offers that players can participate in. The Promoter will not be responsible should these restrictions, which may include Safer Gambling measures, affect the player’s ability to complete the requirements of this promotion and/or to release any bonus, benefits or prizes.

50. The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw this Promotion from anyone who does not qualify and/or is excluded from receiving its offers or promotions under the General Website Terms & Conditions.

52. Where the Promoter suspects that a player is guilty of fraudulent activity, the Promoter reserves the right to suspend or remove that player from the Promotion and/or suspend that player’s account and/or suspend the Promotion pending further investigation.

53. The Promoter reserves the right to change or end any promotion at any time, if required for legal and/or regulatory reasons.

54. In the event of any error or system failure, or any error in the crediting of funds, winnings, or bonuses to an Eligible Player’s Website account in connection with this Promotion, the Promoter reserves the right to correct the error and withhold funds or winnings resulting from such error in accordance with its General Terms and Conditions.
