There’s just half a dozen games to go of the Championship season and tonight all the focus is on the race for a play-off place.

A string of teams hovering around the top-six including Derby County, Bristol City and Middlesbrough are all in action.

Premier League hopefuls Leeds United are also looking to bounce back from defeat at the weekend with a win away at Preston North End.

Blackburn v Derby County

Derby boss Frank Lampard has said mental toughness will be the key in the play-off race. His side travel to Blackburn tonight and are 7/5 to bag a valuable three points.

Harry Wilson tucked away two goals in the 3-3 draw with Brentford last time out. The Liverpool-loanee is 18/1 to grab another brace here.

The pair played out a draw in September and you can get 23/10 if you reckon both sides won’t be separated again.

Bristol City v West Brom

West Brom can consolidate their play-off place and severely dent Bristol City’s hope of a top-six finish in a game you can watch live on Sky Sports Football from 7:45pm.

The Baggies to win with both teams scoring is 21/5, and we could see a few goals flying in with Over 3.5 Goals in the game at 21/10.

The Robins are among the chasing pack and are 29/20 to get the three points. Famara Diedhiou to Score and Bristol City to win is now 10/3.

Preston v Leeds United

Leeds can leap back into the automatic promotion places with a win, and they’re at Evens to do so against a Preston side who have lost their last two games.

The Whites will be keen to run up a score and put pressure on Sheffield United’s game against Birmingham City tomorrow.

In the match betting, a Leeds win with Over 3.5 Goals is 24/5. But Preston have won two of the last three in all competitions between the two sides and are 13/5 to bag the victory.

Sheffield Wednesday v Nottingham Forest

This meeting has been dominated by Sheffield Wednesday in recent years with the Owls swooping seven league wins in the last eight games.

It could suggest at 5/4 they are a solid shout for a win tonight. But this Nottingham Forest side have already beaten Wednesday this season and are 6/1 for victory with both teams scoring.

Bolton v Middlesbrough

Middlesbrough have hit a major bump in the road and are in danger of missing out on a play-off place all together.

Tony Pulis’ side are winless in six which includes five straight losses. They have to pick themselves up off the canvas and quickly.

Bolton are entrenched in the relegation zone, so this game could be the perfect way to get back on track with a win at 20/23.

But if the Trotters score first, Boro have shown they find it hard to claw the game back. You can get the home side on the Double chance at 10/11.
