Cristiano Ronaldo could be set for a sensational U-turn this summer, according to our odds.

The Portuguese star has been linked back with a mega-money return to Real Madrid, and in what could be the most dramatic reversal since Peter Odemwingie backed out of the Loftus Road car-park, we make it a 4/1 chance Ronaldo returns to Los Blancos this summer.

Alex Apati of Ladbrokes said: “Real might just be about to replace Ronaldo with… Ronaldo – if the latest odds are anything to go by.”

And if Ronaldo does make a switch back to the Santiago Bernabeu, that could leave Juventus scrambling to find a replacement from the Premier League in the summer too.
