Manchester City 4/1 to win 2020/21 Champions League

Pep Guardiola’s Manchester City are 4/1 to win next season’s Champions League after their two-year ban from European competitions was overturned.

The Cityzens had been due to miss out on qualification for next year’s tournament regardless of their league finish this season, after appearing to fall foul to the Financial Fair Play regulations.

However, after their ban was overturned by the Court of Arbitration for Sport on Monday morning following an appeal, their qualification through finishing second in the Premier League will now stand.

After last week’s Champions League draw, Manchester City are joint 7/2 favourites to win this season’s competition. We’ve got City priced at 20/1 to win back-to-back Champions League titles in 2019/20 and 2020/21.

Elsewhere, there’s 33/1 on a treble for Manchester City next season.

Ladbrokes’ Alex Apati said: “Man City head the betting for this year’s Champions League and having got the green light from UEFA, there’s every chance they can make it back-to-back titles in Europe if the latest odds are anything to go by.”
