Grand Slam

Whether you’re new to Tennis betting or wondering how you can have your say on the biggest tournaments in the sport, a Grand Slam is not a bad place to start, with four major titles up for grabs throughout the year.

Our Grand Slam events are some of the most popular markets among Tennis fans, and at Ladbrokes you can ace a bet of your choice with our wide range of great markets.

The first Grand Slam of the season takes place in Melbourne with the Australian Open and finishes on the hard surface in New York for the US Open.

Between all that, players will battle the clay of Roland Garros before a summertime showdown on the grass of Wimbledon.

Household names like Roger Federer, Rafael Nadal, Serena Williams and Steffi Graff have written their names in Grand Slam history and you can take your shot on each Grand Slam at Ladbrokes.

Australian Open

The Grand Slam season gets underway down under as Tennis bettors line up their shot over the last fortnight of January each year.

The Australian Open has been dominated by the so called, ‘Big Four’, with either Novak Djokovic (9 titles), Roger Federer (6 titles) and Rafael Nadal (2009) having won all but two of the Men’s Singles Australian Open titles since 2004. Meanwhile, Andy Murray has finished runner-up a record five times.

Naomi Osaka defeated Jennifer Brady in the final, 6–4, 6–3 to win the Women's Singles Tennis title at the 2021 Australian Open. This was Osaka's second Australian Open title and her fourth Grand Slam tournament singles title.

In the build-up to the tournament every year, we’ll have odds and markets on site, including outright winner markets. And after the tournament gets underway, we’ll have In-Play odds on each match played.

French Open

Players then swap the hard court for clay at Roland Garros for the second Grand Slam event of the season in Paris.

In the men’s tournament, Rafael Nadal extended his gap as the most successful player in the tournaments history by claiming his 13th Roland Garros title with a three-set win over Novak Djokovic in 2020.

There was history in the Women’s Singles as Poland’s Iga Swiatek claimed her first Grand Slam title against Sofia Kenin last year.

At Ladbrokes, we’ll have all the odds, pre-tournament and In-Play for this year’s Roland Garros tournament.

Wimbledon

This is arguably the biggest Grand Slam of the year and one of the most popular with Ladbrokes Tennis fans as SW19 takes centre stage.

The tournament is draped in history and tradition and this year both Novak Djokovic and Simona Halep will be hoping to defend their respective Singles titles.

In 2013, Andy Murray became the first British man to win a Wimbledon singles title since Fred Perry in 1936, ending a 76-year drought while also becoming the first British tennis player to win the tournament since Virginia Wade won in 1977.

You can bet on the action from the first round with Ladbrokes and rally all the way to the prestigious Wimbledon final on centre court. Who do you think will go all the way at the All England Club? We’ll have all the latest outright odds and betting markets when the tournament approaches.

US Open

The Grand Slam curtain falls at the US Open in August under the bright lights of Flushing Meadows, New York.

The US Open has produced some of the most iconic moments in Tennis history. From Arthur Ashe's historic win at the first US Open in 1968, to "Super Saturday" in 1984 to Roger Federer's record fifth straight championship in 2008. You can be part of the history with Tennis betting at Ladbrokes.

Fast forward to 2021, and it will be Dominic Thiem and Naomi Osaka defending their men’s and women’s titles, can they finish the Grand Slam season with a flourish?

The Davis Cup

It’s the World Cup of Tennis! At Ladbrokes, we can bring you the latest betting odds for the largest annual international team competition in world sport.

Great Britain are the only nation to have competed in all editions of the tournament and have lifted the trophy ten times, most recently in 2015.

In total, 15 nations have been crowned Davis Cup champions since USA won the inaugural tournament in 1900. Spain are the reigning world champions after beating Canada 2-0 in 2019.

Will there be a new winner in 2021? Or can Great Britain go all the way? We’ll have all the latest odds at Ladbrokes.

The Billie Jean King Cup

The Billie Jean King Cup is the World Cup of Tennis for women. It offers female players from around the globe the unique opportunity to represent their country.

A tournament with more than 100 nations involved, it’s the largest annual international team competition in women’s sport.

Formerly known as the Federation Cup, the tournament was renamed in September 2020 to honour Billie Jean King, a former world number one tennis player. King won 39 Grand Slam titles: 12 in singles, 16 in women's doubles, and 11 in mixed doubles.

France are the current holders, claiming their third title in 2020, while the United States hold the most titles to their name with 18. If you fancy a shot on the Billie Jean King Cup in 2021, we’ll have all the latest odds available at Ladbrokes.
